Fill out the form

Choose golfer tickets or a sponsorship and list your golfers. Sponsors, include your organization name exactly as it should appear on signage.

We accept check or cash. Make checks payable to Family Justice Center of Georgetown and Horry Counties and mail to PO Box 366, Georgetown, SC 29442.
